To help us reduce social isolation in our minority language community, the Ontario Trillium Foundation is asking us to conduct a survey among Francophones in Northwestern Ontario. By sharing your experience, you allow us to better meet the needs of the community. The survey is anonymous and all questions are optional. It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete.
